If you received a defective item, please take pictures and contact LCC via email within 24 hours of delivery. If a return is approved, buyer will pay return shipping to return address on original mailing label. If return is approved, buyer will be refunded via original payment method.
LCC will not offer a refund/return if...
- The customer has changed their mind and no longer wants the product.
- The customer purchased the incorrect item.
- The customer received the product as a gift and doesn’t want to keep it.
- After an item has been worn.
- If email is received more than 24 past delivery.
